Futurecash, for once your post is something other then nosense, your right for the most part......... Netflix doesn't put a lot of effort and money into 4K...(other then Orginal content) as well as Prime...."WHY"....hmmmmm U really can't purchase a new TV without buying a 4K set and they are "rather cheap".... is there no market for it.....HMMM I don't think so.... so then why because all the broadcasters (Fox,ABC,NBC,CBS) don't broadcast in 4K... hmmmm why would you think this might be we ask.....hmmm could it be that the compression was not there....could be.... because house holds have on average 2-3 sets, plus tablets...phones... with 4K... you need a (Compression/encode) to be around 4-6 Megs... and now we have 8K coming on the scene oh my what are we to do....... because companies like Sony,Samsung,LG,Hisense & so on....have all made sets that the public won't be able to use because there is 'NO" market..... Again just my "LONG View" on NTEK and yes I'm a cheer leader for NTEK & Foley!! but I do see a little of what he is trying to get done, but keep up the posts they diffidently show us who is full of ^%^ and who isn't.
