QMC is not getting any "winnings" from this trial,they were defending themselves.They paid a day early and a day late and the lenders are seeking "damages" for that.QMC s defense is that the lenders are trying to charge "penalties " for early payment and late payment ( due to banks being closed on the dates due ).Penalties are illegal in Kansas and that was just one part of Minns defence arguments.You got your trials completely mixed up with the K & L lawsuit as well.
