To get more people enrolled in trials? Really? Well here we are months later and still can't get enough people, despite the ever-increasing number of cases. It was a total concession to Big Pharma to get them more shots on goal.
Like just any company can just open infinite trial sites by snapping their fingers?
And how does opening a trial site in NY, SC, TX, and CA help anyone in FL, KS, OH, UT? Oh, sorry, guess you'll just have to drive to a convenient location 3 states away, and check yourself into an out-of-network hospital for a 1/3 chance you'll get a placebo. Or you can just die. That's perfectly all right by us, the benevolent FDA.
That part of this makes me so mad. The EIND program was literally saving peoples lives, and the FDA's response was "knock that shit off". It's f-ing criminal.
