With the assumption that they have not unblinded the data, and with the unverified notion that they might possibly need to change the PE if mortality is a problem, I can't imagine a country or Big Pharma being the least bit interested in executing an agreement.

We've been told over and over again that everyone is waiting for data. If we still don't have the data, or we can't meet the existing PE and have no optics on how we did on a SE, then I can't imagine anything of substance happening with a country or BP in the next 5 days. IMO.
