That's a logical possibility -since its very unusual for NNLX to mention such opposition and then say the opposition will be detailed in another couple weeks.
If the opposition had no proper legal basis-which is very possible -since the patent office rejected any opposition to the patents.
OR if the knuckle heads-possibly includes basher shorters- NNLX alluded to in a previous update had a purpose to interfere with NNLX's business relationships, then NNLX could sue to recover their costs in fighting that opposition and for punitive damages.
If you are dealing with nasties who bring frivolous opposition the real money is in punitive damages-which could fund NNLX going forward!
Will be interesting to discover the nature and type of that opposition.
as NNLX mentioned recently, interference by such groups is one of the primary reasons limiting what NNLX can detail ahead of time. Other companies I've been in have been so destroyed, including my best friend, who got me into to stocks to help him out. There is no humanity left in crafters - you are not dealing merely w humans.

Fewer than 1% of lawyers deal with international law, as David has done, let alone other aspects of his resume. I wonder when he sleeps. Its said 40-50% of lawyers never see a courtroom and if they do they are scared to death-they merely fill out will etc forms with which they are familiar. I've shaken the clammy hands of senior level attorney generals (trial attorneys) with many decades experience in a simple administrative hearing.
