An amazing answer, with which i fully agree. An earlier post of freds questioned the importance of getting patents, so we could also say, fred, what does it matter if u dont hold patents to have any value.
I dont know what opposition NNLX encountered either but the process requires they put the patent application out there so everybody has due notice and the patent can be challenged. Perhaps somebody challenged a portion-1 or 2 items of of the 25 claims - whatever- any opposition challenge was unsuccessful and now NNLX owns fully approved patents which cannot properly be challenged anymore -the challenge period is over- so NNLX is fully free to pursue further work which itself can be patented.
And of course as mits and NNLX have both mentioned, posting bashers and shorters will sometimes actively try to destroy business relationships in order to profit off a companies destruction. I've forever tried to open longs eyes to the craft of such ppl whose lifestyle its to steal kill and destroy-they have worked their magic to destroy other companies I've been in and have destroyed many longs across the stock landscape since 2009. Their purpose is to turn the world upside down and destroy everything and everyone decent.
Great answer mits-I have no patent experience -that is very very specialized-which is why there are only officially 2 types of lawyers - regular lawyers and patent lawyers (who usually have a degree in the sciences in addition to a law degree).
