Hi,
I transferred my GNBT and NGIO shares from eTrade to Fidelity, but I found out that my NGIO shares went back to eTrade. eTrade told me NGIO shares will stay in eTrade account until the shares are publicly traded....and at that time, I can sell the shares or transfer if I'd like to...

Has anyone had problems with getting there shares through Charles Schwab. Apparently, my brokerage Accouts have move to Charles Schwab and the NGIO shares wouldn’t transfer because no value. Called I believe it’s NFS and they said Charles Schwab need only ask for the shares, but because no value they won’t. Anyone else have this problem and we’re able to get it resolved and how?
