Hi all, new to the board but have owned gnbt stock

Hi all, new to the board but have owned gnbt stock since 1998. I had a question about NGIO shares don’t know if anyone can help me out. Has anyone had problems with getting there shares through Charles Schwab. Apparently, my brokerage Accouts have move to Charles Schwab and the NGIO shares wouldn’t transfer because no value. Called I believe it’s NFS and they said Charles Schwab need only ask for the shares, but because no value they won’t. Anyone else have this problem and we’re able to get it resolved and how?
