Sorry if we (VERB investors/co-owners) contribute to your dismay. This is a pro-VERB board that has a can-do attitude, not the cesspool called liehub. I, for one take my investments very seriously and try to help them grow. Critical thinking is part of my DD, and was done long before my investment.
There is a difference between criticism, and constructive criticism. For VERB, the latter is for the betterment of the company, the stock, and its investors.
