2) Another difference, on top of Matza’s take on it, relates to the offering of new shares. It is a more general element and does not actually apply to VERB. An uplisting from OTC can very well happen with no offering (not our case as we raised money to purchase Sound Concepts) while an IPO (from private to public) almost always comes with an offering.
