It is definitely a curious move on Dominion's part. All assets except Elto have been licensed out. What GC currently doing is help make Todos a revenue generating company which is the best thing that can happen for AMBS from value creation point of view. So, what is the motivation?
A. Squeeze more concession from AMBS
B. Force GC to resign as CEO of Todos perversely because that might bring in high powered executive now that the company is primed to take off.
C. They think Elto has a huge potential and is neglected at the moment
