Disappointment filing is not done on time as originally planned. Current auditor Raymond got involved in project back in Feb/March and officially signed him on this month. He already started working on this back in Feb/March time frame.
Auditor came to India, VN and then back to VN and Covid happen and was stuck in the US until Monday. On top of that there was a death in his family impacted by Covid. Auditor is healthy and safe and was able to return to US this Monday. Has to review GL and accounts, complex task and he is moving forward.
Auditor will be working with previous auditor so that can do checks and balances. They are working on signing off on the financials for the 10K's and 10Q's. Expect to get done in next couple of weeks.
Called FCC and talked to them. Will bring company current and explained all the items that are worked on. I would not be waiting my time on vacation and is working to get things done in VN.
Discussed the need for investors to have liquidly and those that may be strapped for cash. He is working to get things done. Assure investors he is sticking to making the files current and deliver value to share holders.
Bank funds ADE, Buyback and Spin off of APR all have been delayed. Have plans but circumstance out of Henry control prevent these items from moving forward quickly.
Master Fund Phoenix Global Funds Fully Activated, ready to set up other compartments like, agriculture, energy ETC. Asia partners have been slow to contributions and commitments and obligations to the projects. Partners are stepping up and fulfilling commitments.
Techo is new partner in instructor fund. They are a new partners but they will discuss those at a later time.
ADE very pleased program is still enacted and moving forward, have not been able to come back to Europe to meet with the central government of VN to proceed with the project. This is the biggest piece we are waiting on in the coming months. Biggest project for the company and so fortunate that we have international partners to help make this a success.
Look into Dubi exchange and but no focusing on this topic for the call. Want to focus on financials, dividend and spin off of APR.
