My opinion is filling been finsh, henry is waiting on money to buyback shares. if you read the nt10k it said they gave a 15 days extension, so within 15 days from the 1st we should see filling. my opinion henry was trying delay filling in till he got cash, because if the 10k is released the share price will go up tremendously in shareholders buying.
