Easy answer. You are correct about the August 2019 contract date for phase two. You will recall this is DoD so the contract goes by the Federal FY which ends 1 October. Consequently the contract is still in effect. This week the CR was passed. So no new contracts, just marching in place with extensions. You will also recall under the Federal Confidentiality Statement provisions SFOR as supplier did not have info release authority. Vendor CROMTEC/CSI did. IMHO Mark asked for and was finally granted info release authority by the Air Force contracting officer overseeing this $2.9 million SBIR contract.
