Nope, and here is why. Management is not going to change. You are not going to convince enough people on these boards to have anyone removed. So, I dont see the point in obsessing about it all friggin day long.
If this was true, management wouldn't have hired people to cold call investors all day every day to convince them to vote Yes. Additionally, you say management is not going to change. Not true. What gets management's attention is $$, and putting their additional shares on hold until we see results will definitely get their attention. They WILL change, but they won't change if we continue to reward them without putting a fence around their incentive plans. To be clear, I am NOT suggesting that NP, MM, SK and the others aren't working their tails off and trying hard to get this across the finish line, but most people don't get rewarded until they win the race. I no longer think it's a good idea to give the BoD a blank check to distribute shares as they see fit. There needs to be a clear plan with milestones that go with every award, and we haven't seen that. Again, I understand the BoD needs some level of discretion with determining incentive plans, but we're now past that point and there needs to be some level of accountability going forward. I don't want to be discussing this again in a year when they ask for another 100m shares to be issued at their discretion.
