I've never claimed that they dont make mistakes. Many here believe that I am always optimistic. Not true, its just that there are enough folks constantly focused on the negative that I choose to focus on positive items.
The conversation is not simply about discussing the mistakes. Many on here are lobbying for votes including one of our mods, and I dont think that is appropriate.
Everyone can cast their votes. I voted against the comp plan, but if others want to vote for it, be my guest.
My original comment, is that I am looking forward to the vote being tallied so we can stop bashing on management 24/7. I'm sure it will happen again in a year.
