Thanks Zolis ... That seems reasonable. So far there hasn't been a significant news piece to make them flip the switch and accumulate. I guess we have to buy just before they decide to stop selling and start buying. Unfortunately, OTC isn't accessible to credible institutional investors so we are at the mercy of these bottom feeders.
