welcome to the board.
Here is my take on this share price action of the last couple of weeks under significantly elevated levels of trading volume per day.
In my view, there is only one plausible explanation and that is that e.g. Anon and Oasis are cylcing their shares back and forth to drive down the pps, and if that is the case, this can go on for as long as they like or deem favorable for them.
Why would they be interested in these low share prices?
Simple answer: If the S1s will be approved soon, and should, by that time, GNBT are desperately needing another cash infusion, then they will receive millions upon millions of shares for a crazy low PPS. The only thing that can go "wrong" here FOR THEM, is that in the meantime GNBT would receive a significant amount of cash from another source, such as the $2.5 Mill. up front payment from Bintai Kinden, and thus Joe would not be required to makes us of the "line of credit with Oasis" as he called it in the past.
Let's hope that these crooks are not getting what they want and things start working out the way Joe and we all, as shareholders, hope to be!!
