imo a *pre market trade* (t trade) on an UPSIDE DOWN *target*
is a % signal for NRs' projected volume requirements for that day ..
(a couple of years ago .. 5k would have meant 50k to 500k .. in 2020 5k means 5M~)

my take based on the first 5 *trades* on IPIX on 9.15.20 was that IPIX
would see *volume* between 11M and 14M for the day .. i observed 3 sets
of *resets* (first 2 were for approx 500K and 1M in volume) and OTC *delay* on their RT (real time) l2 service (shocking i know) before having to sign off
