I guess we are looking at this differently. I truly am concerned now. This should’ve been a signed contract and not a press release telling us it is signed a binder on their memorandum of understanding to go work towards signing a legal contract. If anything during a quiet period, this is a promotion for the company to try to save the stock price which is not allowed. However announcing a signed contract and given the details would be allowed. I just don’t get this PR right now. And yes, I do want to know what happened to the peptides that were being tested. They should have the results by now and if you’re being held ransom for more money, why did we not know this ahead of time. They would not have sent those peptides to two different labs if they knew they were gonna have to pay more money to get the results released to them. Something just does not smell right with this.
