Well, I don't get this negative frenzy here.
Either you complain that there are no PRs and the company is not communicative enough, now that they are putting out a PR to update us on the current status, you complain that the news is not material enough. Can they actually get it right to your somehow? It at least feels terribly difficult.
Here is my take on the news of today.
Oh course, I would have liked to read about a some deal in there, but I guess they have put out this news release to sort of stop the confusion about whether or not there will still be a deal with Bintai or not. So the least that this PR tells us is that they are in advanced negotiations. And It also helped to stop the bleeding, at least it did not continue to fall further.
It also might be that they were hoping to announce the done deal, but after the pps action in the last days they felt the urge to do something in order for the share price not to plunge further.
So we now know that they are in advanced negotiations and we can expect the next steps soon. So a little more patience on our side and things will be fine, that is the message that I read or of this press release.
So all relax and give this a little more time.
