And I’m not trying to be a negative Nancy here too. I’m happy they were able to get this binding done, however it took 3 1/2 weeks to bind something that they had already agreed on 3 1/2 weeks ago. Curious why that takes so long when it’s not even the legal contract that they signed. Just hope that they get the legal contract signed very quickly and then they can bill and get the $2.5 million to get things going.
