With Contender for Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) on Horizon, Net Element Inc.’s (NASDAQ: NETE) Proposed Merger with Mullen EV Bodes Well for Company

One of the most-recognized names in the electric vehicle (“EV”) world, Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA), may be facing serious competition from several entrants into the EV space, including a lesser-known start-up, according to a recent “CarBuzz” report (http://nnw.fm/64lYR). Last month, Net Element announced the execution of a definitive agreement to merge with Mullen Technologies Inc., a Southern California-based electric vehicle company, in a stock-for-stock reverse merger in which Mullen’s stockholders will receive a majority of the outstanding stock in the post-merger company. That agreement means NETE is closely watching the development of the MX-05 SUV, which is slated for 2022 production.
