That is a vicious cycle that you describe there, lol.
On the one hand you say BARDA could give us 700k. I would consider this a very BIG DEAL, and that relatively small amount of money wouldn't even be the most important part in this. For me announcement that BARDA now approved GNBT's application and from now on be listed on their website, would cause this company to finally be publicly recognized, and that let alone is worth more than the 700k of first funding that they may provide to GNBT.
The other thing, besides the extra publicity, that is much more important than 700k in cash, would be the clear statement that now BARDA believes in NGIO's technology and that they have a clear shot at getting a working vaccine developed and produced!!
But back to the vicious cycle, sorry I got distracted here, LOL. BARDA will likely not give GNBT/NGIO any approval or funding, unless they provide these positive lab results. So there you have it, even for the BARDA application, it is very important to finally have those test results available, and thus I fully agree with you on that very vital information that they should finally come out of the woods with.
