Not sure about that anymore. Say BARDA gives us $700K, which seems to be the going rate. What will that do to our price? No one seems to care about the deals GNBT has already announced.
We need to hear the results of the testing...period! Does it work and work well? Announcing we have a complete vaccine designed and tested on infected/recovered blood with real results, will get us investors. But will they turn into traders and sell on any bounce?
