I want to expand on the S-1 for NGIO a bit more.

This is speculative from me. When the shareholders were getting the Generex / NGIO shares, Joe sent out the PR that stated the S-1 for NGIO would be going in, then a few days or so later, the other PR said I believe a Form 10 was requested from the SEC as I stated before.
I would have to believe in the months they have had since, the S-1 would have been written, modified appropriately during this time period for all that is going on, checked and rechecked and getting ready to be put in on time . With the focus for such a long time in getting NGIO listed, I can't believe they would not have been working to get the S-1 ready as NGIO is really their flagship now. NGIO is considered a separate company from Generex so Joe said the S-1 would be clean and the SEC should see it as such.
With everything else in a hold status almost, the S-1 / NGIO uplist I would think would take precedence over just about everything right about now and on par with the vaccine push.
Just my thoughts...
