From what I heard from CC's, everything was 'clean', so the S-1 for NGIO was going to be pretty straightforward and the SEC should not have problems reviewing.
Based on that, I'd 'think' they would have it all prepped and ready to go. I remember they were going to put it in months ago, before the SEC had requested the Form 10. So, they should have the S-1 ready by now.
