There won't be any "ramping up" before an approval... If the FDA finally recognizes what's been under their noses the past six months, then they will be making the introductions to any and every agency that can assist in that process. Sure, they'll likely do that before approval is announced, but it won't be long, given how eager they've been to parade out all the previous Snake Oil.
