I can’t really blame them for their perspective on that, that core team and many others have helped this company get to this point. But in order to see growth you have to be willing to change. Do an objective review of the performance of your team and ask can we do better. In order to get to where they want to be, they’ll have to make decisions that feel counter intuitive.
