In my opinion, it is not the fault of CYDY management that the path forward is difficult due to reasons beyond their control, but it is the fault of CYDY management if they fail to recognize those difficulties and fail to hire and RETAIN talented subject matter experts to smooth the way.
Well said!
Clearly, the management is trying too hard to RETAIN their current positions, instead of protecting and increasing the value to stakeholders' holding.
I wouldn't deny that management has done a great job bring the company to this point. It needed money, and through different way they raised it. The company is at a different (monetary/MC) level, and needs a different skillset in move it up.
( I personally, have done cutting edge great job in my life. Either I did get appreciated for that or not. It was all done in the same fiscal year. I don't walk around and keep telling, I did this for you 15 years ago.or I was the one brought in $20 million in that year, and so forth ). Anything before mid 2019/2020 is history.
I wouldn't be here at all, except for the drug, and I added more with confident here for Patterson. If we quantify it, they have screwed 50% of my intangible assets in this Corp, in 2020. The CV19 created also goes to this lost asset, and nothing to do with mgmt. He was the one said it and sold the idea to FDA.
Management lost $22 million in a simple paperwork in 2020, wearing flip flops (if I understand thei 10k filing).
Management trying too hard to do thing, because the face of a multi-billion dollar clinical pharma corp should be able to sell the product to FDA and others. They don't need to work this hard and keep missing, if they had a good understanding, right credentials, and a convinceable smooth voice.
The damage on my end is in multiple million dollars, and I'm sure everyone else is looking forward to have the best brains making decision for their money, and not a random act many try and errors.
