Sure.......do people realize funding would have been different trading at 3 or 4 ...... If they claim not concerned about the pps its either incompetence or talking bs ....you pick!!
Cancelling a scheduled CC call shows again we are not dealing with world class Management .........
China sounds like a "great" deal .....couldn't collect one mil but 5 and /or 400 should be no problem !! Does the agreement include IP sharing??? We have over 500 mil in potential foreign revenue but unable to accomplish anything domestic .......... the end product is what counts, let's not worry about the awarded billions in between and mass vaccine production in the works.
The k was a problem......delay delay delay. Let's wait for the current k ......will it effect the S1???? More deals and acquisitions ........how many more questions and potential financial complications/dilution. A valuation could help but probably hard to get unless from an unknown institution.......... 300, 500 or over a billion. If it's substantial sell the place or break it up. Revenues will take time and credibility is a problem .......or maybe time to make executive adjustments. No professional website, lack of accurate communication but plenty assumptions and coming daaays . Imo "friendly" shares are not that friendly.........
