Finally had the chance to look at both 8-ks and found out what the amended 8k changes were of.
But i am going to tell you guys a story b4 i tell you what the changes were. A long time ago in a land of disbelief, lived a king and his cohorts who enjoyed the pleasures of power, money, women and the other junk. the damn thing was not signed by Bintai,,,,hence why the amendment....
