Thanks for doing this. I will most likely not be able to participate in the CCs live and directly, as they are going to be in the middle of the day here in Germany, while I have to work.
So you can add my question from earlier to your email. Let me rephrase them appropriately.
Please give us more details on the last financial deal you have done to raise $2m and the related S1 filing. It does sound to me as if you have given away more than half the company (~150m added to the currently ~90m shares) for lousy proceeds of up to $15m or on average $0.1/share!? Please tell us that this assumption is wrong and give us the specifics of what this deal is all about and how to understand the almost 150m shares mentioned in that S1 filing.
We all know that the company is highly undervalued on the stock market, but was there really no way around even raising the $2m at $0.392/share, i.e. at the low of the year?
Do you see any correlation between the pps plunging in the 2 weeks prior to announemrnt of the closing of this deal and your negotiation with the related hedge funds, who have a track record of pps manipulation? Are you not the least little bit concerned that you have started doing business with yet another "foul bunch of apples"?
How about these specific clauses in your contract with them that might end up giving them a large amount of warrants for free? Is that not giving them an incentive/motivation to continue manipulating the pps and working against your efforts to increase the pps, such that GNBT's stock meets the minimum requirements to be listed on the Nasdaq?
Docj, I would be asking that particular set of questions, if I were able to dial into the cc. Can you add this to your upfront email and if not addressed, can someone asked these questions, either on my behalf or in his/her own name, which I wouldn't mind at all. This is just a major concern for me and I would just like to receive a response no matter how it is reached.
Thanks in advance.
