Patterson patent idea was great. Patterson and Nader are friends. Nader loves him. He found and patented those while working on Cytodyn patients and data. As per the paper coming out.
In any court and in any contract the findings belong to the paying company.
1) Patterson did a great thing patenting . Cytodyn wouldn't have done so. And we would have lost the patent.
2 ) Cytodyn will claim it. That's our property. Patterson was paid. Friendly and with meditation we will claim it back. If not resolved in court of law to get most or all of it. It's common sense and sure there will be some precedence in civil law. Our lawyers here can comment.
3) Patterson will remain our consultant and Nader's friend. It's not personal.
4) The patent might worth 10s of billions in the eyes of CytoDyn BOD. they will claim it back for us.
CytoDyn did and will do the right thing.
Patterson should have approached them and files and joint patient or delayed it. He acted childish IMO.
