That is the name of the game with JBI. Giving each batch of new investors something that they think is unique to them. A "secret" that only they know that the market in general does not know. Best example I can think of is the fabled demonstration that occurred at the NF facility, replete with shiny tankers waiting outside to take that fresh oil away. The whole crowd was misled. The fact that it was a "secret" location was all part of the game. Gives the investors a sense of importance.
Same game being played here. A Press Release promising great things, with an air of mystery. The company PR on the matter was to bring attention to it, most likely... to make sure the word got out, and to give it authenticity.
