You would be right to mock me if I was making a calendar argument, but it's the sequence that most concerns me.
But just so we're clear. This relationship began in late 2018. We're 18 months in with no lympro results, an undisclosed valuation that shouldn't matter anyway, a full year since the decision to execute the option which at the time of announcement was expected to close at the end of summer 2019. So don't act like this is just an 11 day slip. This is a very fishy series of slips that predates the entire corona business, which may save our butts, but was also never envisioned in the original agreement.
