As with any measure, the degree of dilution matters. 500 million shares would raise many more concerns than 100 million.
I believe this (potential) dilution is appropriate. The more resources at the disposal of management, the more quickly we are fully commercialized, other indications are proven effective, lives are saved, and shareholders rewarded.
We all lose if progress is slow and incremental due to fiscal constraints.
