The answers I received were basically all companies do this and trust NP and this is better than the company failing. However the 100,000,000 shares seems so excessive. If you are voting yes for 100,000,000 would you also vote yes for 500,000,000? At some level the amount of dilution (which obviously decreases my ownership percentage of the company) needs to be defended and I have not seen NP or the board do that yet.
