I am new here, and ran across this board while looking in my search engine for information on a class action that may already be underway. The idea that there are so few posters here is a surprise since the press releases prior to the asset sales painted a very lucrative picture for shareholders. Then came the famous last words from the company that they were not going to be available for contact and the new company whose shares we were supposed to get as our dividend wasn't taking inquiries at all, and I felt like I was abandoned on a lonely stretch of highway with no cell service. No info, no shares and no contact is just a brazen slap in the shareholders face. The squeaky wheel gets the oil, and it is way past time to start making noise. I find it a further curiosity that the criminal enterprise known as the SEC has not even shown any faux outrage or initiated any "window dressing' inquiries in response to what is obviously a screw job of monumental proportions. If I am in error here I would love to be pointed to any of their statements made in connection with FFGO and our phantom “extraordinary dividend”.
