LAWSUIT UPDATE
I am finally providing an ultimatum to the lawyer that I have been in contact with. I have asked them to help FFGO common shareholders in a class action lawsuit or I will pursue other lawfirms in our endeavor. As a reminder, this is a contigency based endeavor that will cost us nothing.
I have just emailed the lawfirm an amazing document with every link that shows the dozens of press releases and promises and payoffs and filings and every pertinent document going clear back to when FFGO purchased the gold mines in the first place!! I will not submit this document or other info to this board. I will not risk any sabotage of my efforts by some posters who might have vested interests to have this dividend never happen. I will contact people I trust privately and later publicly if we gain traction on this lawsuit.
I am busy and may now take time to reply to all inquiries or comments concerning this action. I will simply forward this document to the next lawfirm if I don't receive a commitment to help us. I will keep us updated.
