You are right about warrants and the perils of selling highly profitable warrants right after exercising due to the 37 percent short term gains tax rate vs the 20% long term gains rate.
Every few months a new set of people on the board blame recent warrant exercises for the stock price decline when if fact recent warrant exercises are actually helping the company since they are bringing funds into CYDY and are likely long term holders (At least one year to get long term capital gains treatment) since the current stock price is about 10x the Avg warrant strike price.
