Exactly, his target was $4. Now he has to wait for real data because his recommendation has to be based on data so he can project the future stock price. At this moment, we, individual investors, can speculate good things to happen and we dont need official data. Once FDA approve/EUA Leron, he will upgrade us. Actually 7/10 is just around the corner and we will see what happen with BLA
