HC Wainwright didn't rate CYDY a sell... they just went from BUY to NEUTRAL... given the catalysts around the corner and that their original target BUY price was $4, not sure what everyone's so excited about. They have a point: if you already have your positions, maybe you're good. If you don't maybe get some in this range. Once this gets through a few de-risking milestones, they'll probably come out with another ratings change... and next time, it can be an UPgrade. Fancy that.
