Thanks Duck. Did you deposit certificates with Fidelity? Unfortunately I was given certs for all my restricted shares purchased through Paulson PIPEs. And even when I exercised the warrants I got certs too. The only exception was CYDY shares in an IRA - no warrants.
Thanks for the details. Any idea why CYDY kept the restriction on these shares ? It does not seem like they will ever lift the restriction either.
