Once I figured out a broker that would support CYDY as rule 144. It took less than 2 weeks I went with fidelity. Ameritrade said no. Fidelity has an awesome restricted desk that I have on my speed dial now. Anyway, you just send them a copy of your latest statement from computershare and they verify that with CS. Then Fido send you some paperwork to sign essentially opening a margin acct and then it takes about 7-10 days for CS to approve fidelity taking your shares and once approved ther is a window of 45-60 days that you can trade as much as you like. You call and place a market or limit order but only Good for day. Sorry no GTC on these shares.
Pricing is 299 to setup the relationship and 34.95 a trade. You decide how much or how little to sell and they will even send the orders to their block desk to work the order throughout the day if necessary. 3 days before your window closes you can apply again and you will never miss a trading day. Btw. Their desk opens one hour befor market so you can place an order before market opens but it gets executed on mkt open. No before or after hours trading for OTC. Hope that helps you and others. DD.
