Yes, but when I see a statement that we have an injunction preventing the issuance of any stock, that puts most of our fixes (outside of massive CV funding... odds?) on the sidelines.
Also, stuff like issuing an S-1A before the real S-1 is bush-league. I shouldn't have to spend 30 minutes on top of all the time I've spent looking thru valid docs to figure out they made a mistake and filed identical forms out of sequence. If I hadn't done a page-by-page comparison, and I'd missed a discrepancy that WAS there, Joe would have read me the riot act on my lack of DD.
Joe wants us to do our DD... well, he needs to help us by filing things correctly. That includes not having to wonder which version of the share count is valid, making sure the Discover info is updated in all places if it needs to be updated in one, etc. It muddies the waters unnecessarily in an already murky situation.
Hopefully Joe will release some serious information before the call, with a bit of time to absorb. Because if he has the call and does an info dump at the beginning, we won't even be able to sort it all out and ask the good Qs.
Honestly, I can't imagine he could have a call right now, as it would have to be called the "I can't comment on that" call... hopefully some good, hard info being released soon.
