As each quarter passes it has to be updated until the SEC approves. Otherwise, Joe suggested you get your questions ready for the CC as he can't elaborate further in a non-public format.
I haven't read the filings yet other than what has been posted here. Lot's of negative stuff. We know what needs to happen to fix. The SEC needs to approve our S-1 and we need financing.
