Why not BP's paper and clinical trial results out

At this point I could see a journal saying "let's wait for the meat."
But what a journal that would be, with both BP's MOA paper and RCT results in both M/M and S/C to back it up. Maybe even an overview of the EIND program. Cover-to-cover leronlimab.
I'm counting on June 28th as last data point for the S/C data. While M/M hit 75 enrollees on June 10th, they continued admitting some who had already been screened. So say June 27th last data point.
Will they be obliged to put out a release on top-line results as soon as the data are verified? The software to run the numbers is coded and loaded.
Otherwise, with the 74-day letter re: HIV due July 10th, do they wait and put out a more complete description of trial results when the PDUFA date can also be confirmed?
