I am convinced that the criminals who have been compressing IPIX’s share price (SP) for years realize that grant money is an obvious given, with 2 separate and independent government entities writing peer reviews and sponsoring grant requests. Grant money followed by successful human trials followed by FDA approval of Brilacidin will explode IPIX SP upwards.
What would you do if you were a hedge fund that was exposed with somewhere between 60M to 300M naked IPIX shares (20%-100% x OS per FBI agent post) that you actually have to cover at some point? They are between a rock and a hard place.
If the criminals try to cover their NSS now starting at 16 cents, the millions of share demand on the buy side vs extremely low inventory on the sell side (90% of IPIX investors are long and strong as the shareholder vote proof point), would drive up SP into multiple dollars even prior to the eventual IPIX funding PR announcement. The criminals need to have Longs sell them REAL shares. IMO an average of 80% or so of the current IPIX volume is fake (MMs spoofing volume with mirror trades) so IPIX volume is low due to shortage of real sellers. IMO most Longs will not sell their positions cheaply.
IMO the least costly plan for the criminals is to try to force a low price buyout of IPIX. They have started this campaign with the message board talk of $3-5 buyouts. I personally believe that Leo will laugh off any buyout offers under double digits and Leo has a poison pill in place to prevent any undervalued offers from forcing a buyout.
IMO Leo will NOT sell IPIX anytime soon as Brilacidin is just beginning to prove itself to be a franchise drug with many applications and instances. As funding flows the science of both Brilacidin and Kevetrin will advance and eventually produce massive revenue both directly as well as royalty revenue. A future buyout value of IPIX will be based on 2 major drugs having great market presence, revenue and earnings. At that point in time IPIX will be trading for many dollars per share and will be trading on a legitimate exchange. SP will NOT be based on a multiple of a false denominator of a currently and artificially compressed IPIX SP.
I personally will experience great joy knowing that the criminals will be getting financially crushed with each and every dollar of IPIX SP increase. IPIX value will increase as they continue to execute one milestone after another as the science advances as lifesaving drugs are brought to market.
