NP makes a lot of statements on these videos, including licensing deals, talks with BP, etc. Most never materialize, of if they do, it’s many months later. I’ve never noticed much of an increase in the SP, if any, in response to these statements besides temporary excitement on the boards.
If the SP had skyrocketed both times in response to NP’s comments about a licensing deal, then I’d be questionable of the pattern. The SP did nothing after his comments on Friday and nothing this morning as well. But neither time has the SP increased following the comments and instead, the SP typically reacts negatively to a potential increase in authorized shares.
